4-9 locations and up to $50mil revenue, not much opportunity and we were pushed aggressively to hit monthly numbers, 10-20% quota hits every month. 0% annual quota hits. This is across ~20 reps. Sales reps are responsible for everything and receive little support Fun people, yet an aggressive culture that can be cutthroat

My best way of explaining this work enviroment as an Account Executive is that the CEO intentionally creates friction between teams. 1. SDR's are incentivized to pass anyone with a pulse willing to hop on a zoom call with an AE (seriously, no qualification). 2. AE's are expected to close 30% of those passes. 3.
