I find it highly rewarding to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. The ability to build strong relationships and see the positive impact of my work on their businesses is truly fulfilling. I believe there is room to explore new sales strategies and techniques that could further boost our sales performance. My experience has been positive and the company continues to steadily grow revenues and improve client retention by focusing on product quality and customer success initiatives. Rep OTE is just ok relative to what is required to achieve quota and overperform.

Hire & Fire place, no actual product fit. Executive team have insufficient on the ground sales experience. Wider team is friendly but not working a good pace when wanting to get things done.
