The product is clunky, difficult to stand up, engineers don't know how to technically sell, very difficult product to stand up and TTV, no product innovation for past 4 year, no sales playbook gtm motion, paranoid about competition with zero customer first prioritization, very reactionary. No accountability from anyone on product or engineering side, things just get swept under rug and people hide. The only positive is bigid has a great company culture and there are some great genuine human beings that work there - but in sales that doesn't really get you anywhere. Best of luck to those that join, I mean it.
