Very based on a timeline and not on individual skill. There were reps who were very much advanced in the role and were not given the opportunity to show their skill and ability to handle complex sales cycles with this particular portfolio simply based on their time with the company. Good team, tough market now with us being one of the most expensive Remote Support tools available. It’s a good one but people won’t pay in SMB space
