My overall experience was great, the leadership team was making the most of what they could given the current market circumstances and investor relationships. Upward growth was a battle and the company relied more on external hires rather than promoting from within.

Product market fit is weak and needs lots of work. Smart people but due to leadership, gatekeeping is encouraged. This is not a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
