Be prepared for things to change every year, quarter (+more) when it comes to manager, quota, commission, strategy, etc. It's not for everyone.

My overall experience was great, the leadership team was making the most of what they could given the current market circumstances and investor relationships. Upward growth was a battle and the company relied more on external hires rather than promoting from within.

Awful experience of a toxic company. The pay was good if they don’t fire you first (even if you’re hitting quota)
