Good product and base pay but poor sales leadership, processes, and support for sales people. You'll be on your own but if you can make it work there is good upside potential if your way in to the right accounts. Most people are not successful but some are doing very well.

BetterUp lacks product market fit and leadership is unwilling to acknowledge that. There were four round of reorg/layoff in my 1 year at BetterUp. It's chaotic and the Exec team blames sales instead of the holding themselves accountable. The strategy is not working.

I enjoyed working here! Not too many complaints. Leadership was great, benefits were great, and overall the culture was really fun and inclusive.
