BetterUp lacks product market fit and leadership is unwilling to acknowledge that. There were four round of reorg/layoff in my 1 year at BetterUp. It's chaotic and the Exec team blames sales instead of the holding themselves accountable. The strategy is not working.

Strong company that operates more similar to a series C org of a few hundred vs nearly 1k employees. Prepare to be inventive, figure things out, and only use what’s useful (marketing, messaging, etc - lots of noise). Always high uncertainty.
