My experience was horrible. The only reason base comp is 5 stars is because every other D2D solar company was also commission only. This company routinely made promises to sales rep they could not keep and did not pay out commissions. I had 20k of commissions that they didn't pay me. Company is terrible. This was 100% commission only. It was very difficult to get a sale because I often got homeowners telling me I'm the 10th person this week to knock on their door. I'm grateful for the opportunity to prove myself though.
