This was 100% commission only. It was very difficult to get a sale because I often got homeowners telling me I'm the 10th person this week to knock on their door. I'm grateful for the opportunity to prove myself though.

My experience was horrible. The only reason base comp is 5 stars is because every other D2D solar company was also commission only. This company routinely made promises to sales rep they could not keep and did not pay out commissions. I had 20k of commissions that they didn't pay me. Company is terrible.
