Good market fit. Offered low cost and rate loans but the management sucks. CEO does not know what to do and kept firing throughout the board. Overall the time spent there was hard to justify when I got nothing out of the role, would not rejoin if given the chance

It's hard to hit numbers especially in today's market. The sales leadership constantly changed during my time at better. Metrics and kpis also changed constantly.
