The culture within my individual team was great but the constant layoffs and erratic behavior from leadership spoiled it for me.

It's hard to hit numbers especially in today's market. The sales leadership constantly changed during my time at better. Metrics and kpis also changed constantly.

I enjoyed working there. I think it provided a lot of room for growth (I was promoted once) if you did well. Leadership was a bit wonky at times, but think most high aspirational companies are. They’ve downsized a lot which was a miss from executives but overall my time there was positive.
