It's hard to hit numbers especially in today's market. The sales leadership constantly changed during my time at better. Metrics and kpis also changed constantly.

I enjoyed working there. I think it provided a lot of room for growth (I was promoted once) if you did well. Leadership was a bit wonky at times, but think most high aspirational companies are. They’ve downsized a lot which was a miss from executives but overall my time there was positive.
