No cold calling, but lead volume is volatile and quotas change a lot. Benefits are excellent. Some opportunity for growth.

You could cap out quite easily for commission. They would pay you based on where you ranked. Coukd have best month of your career, hitting targets of 200%, but only get a $250 more. Not motivating
