My overall experience at Best Buy has been one of the best companies I have worked at since I graduated college. The main highlight is by far the training program that they had me work in with my team.

My overall experience was decent, however, the culture in the organization needs to be changed. It favors investors, shareholders that impacts the bottom of the tier positions, resulting in lower staff and impacts customer experience.
