Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Years ago my experience at BestBuy was much different, however, over the past few years it was fairly miserable. Training was close to non existent and management was not helpful whatsoever. They essentially took a model catering to higher end clientele with salespeople that were experts in their areas and made them basic retail associates that are commission based, with management only worrying about metrics and services like memberships and credit cards.
