Comp plan was lacking, base salary is good if you are early in your career (<5 years experience). Not much benefit to earning net new business (which seems like a dangerous slippery slope). A lot of people who try to move in on your deals - too many chiefs

Every year the objectives and quotas change significantly. Can be difficult to really get going in the right direction when the direction is always changing
