BambooHR is great. Definitely not your typical flashy tech company, but it’s got it where it counts. I’ve really been impressed with leadership and the amount of effort BambooHR puts into training their employees. There is a clear path to progression and promotions and the pay is fair as you move up in the organization. Really the only thing I wish BambooHR offered was quota relief for time off. But I’m really happy and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
