Its a month-month quota and typical attainment for the floor is about 30ish percent hitting their monthly goals. On top of that, they just RAISED goals at the beginning of this year. As i'm writing this its half way through the month and more than half of the floor is at 0% to goal for the month. 0% of reps are 100% to goal. for the month.
