Culture at Private Wealth is garbage - it's a very homogenous group of people, lacking in diversity or support and pay for associate level roles was insulting, especially when compared to the compensation of IA and management. I would not recommend. It was very toxic. Nesbitt Management made a joke at a Christmas party about not hiring anymore young women because they are bound for maternity leave. Very poor taste.
