I generally had 1 very good year out of 3. The management team is very sales-oriented and puts sales people first. In recent years, however, the technical choices have been poor.

Great place to start out your sales career. Having BMC on your CV and being successful here will set you up for sales at any org. Management in Dublin are supportive however upper management outside Ireland changed in April and bringing in lots of new ideas, not all of them great- thankfully we dont see upper management too much and can just get on with the job

So much change going on at BMC. Poor leadership. Poor structure. Poor go to market. Non existent marketing or lead generation. Have been at the organization over 1 year and have had 0 leads and the BDR org has delivered 0 meetings
