So much change going on at BMC. Poor leadership. Poor structure. Poor go to market. Non existent marketing or lead generation. Have been at the organization over 1 year and have had 0 leads and the BDR org has delivered 0 meetings

My overall experience of BMC there is a a number of fantastic industry leading products in the portfolio however the processes can be overly complex. Management are trying to make it easier

I generally had 1 very good year out of 3. The management team is very sales-oriented and puts sales people first. In recent years, however, the technical choices have been poor.
