Axon has a very strong sales organization, but my experience as an SDR was negative. I'd recommend either taking a more established role or joining their Leadership Development Program.

So far Axon appears to be a company that really invests in its sellers and enables them to have the proper access to be successful and to continue developing your all around sales skills.
