If you're in a hiring process, be sure to ask about recent quarterly quota attainment + YoY turnover the specific team you'd be joining.

Former Employee4.6Sep 13, 2024I worked here for five years and made fantastic money throughout my tenure. I left due to the ever changing compensation plans and increased micromanagement. Axon has a very low base compared to industry standards. Culture at Axon is probably the best I’ve seen anywhere. People are proud to work there and they create a fun work atmosphere.
