Back to ReviewsFormer Employee BDR/SDR team is great to work with! Culture has become increasingly focused on funneling towards SMB. Some older reps were told there would be opportunities in other arms of the company (ex. Marketing, Analytics), but they were pushed or disappeared. Newer hires are definitely more traditional "capital S" SALES personalities.
Quotas are based on total meetings accrued vs. qualified opportunities generated which encourages booking meetings with non-DMs.
