Continues to add things to the reps plate without giving anything in return. Some of the managers are clueless and expect more and more activities to hit numbers.

Good product fit and great lawyers. The KPI’s are out of control. In just a year or so the meeting requirement went from 22 a month to 27 and now 40. Why not just make it 100? BDR/SDR team is great to work with! Culture has become increasingly focused on funneling towards SMB. Some older reps were told there would be opportunities in other arms of the company (ex.
