Continues to add things to the reps plate without giving anything in return. Some of the managers are clueless and expect more and more activities to hit numbers.

Overall, it is one of the worst places I have ever worked. I was lied to in the recruiting process and then subjected to crazy KPIs. Everyone was cheating them. My overall experience has been good. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as though opportunity is created equal. From and industry vertical and client base and strategic standpoint, some sales managers have a superior advantage. It isn't uncommon that these reps also maintain the majority of business.

Lately it has been death by metrics within the sales organization. Will make you feel micromanaged even if you are an expert seller.
