Awardco is a unique place, like every company in tech they are doing their best to navigate and do what’s best for the company and its employees. Changes are happening. Marketing is improving. The biggest thing a potential rep needs to understand is this is a full lifecycle role right now. You have to prospect. If you expect to come in a do great without prospecting you’ll be sorely disappointed. Accelerators are richer than I’ve seen anywhere else in tech, hitting both within the quarter and the year.

Positive! It is slow starting and takes a lot of work but if you can develop a process for keeping your pipe full you can make great money! The product is dope and management is friendly! You do have to put yourself out there a bit to earn some respect
