My time at Avalara was great! It's a good company. Only issue is that it's very difficult / unpredictable to move out of the ADR role. I know people who have been in ADR seats for 3+ years performing well with no promotion in sight. Besides that, great company!

An absolute circus but you can kill it if you get onto accelerators. Loads of great customers/household names but an inability to get them live/look after them really holds us back.

Avalara has a great product market fit, but sales teams have grown so large that inbound lead flow is slow for each IC.
