This is a good team and definitely a great company to start as a BDR or if you are new to sales however if you have multiple years of sales and closing experience this position is not for you especially if you are used to making more money.

Company is diverse, however they over hire for sales roles mostly BDR/SDR which dilutes leads and doesn't allow key performers to be fed properly. The bonuses are great here but there's alot to be desired in ways of base compensation which is only $20 an hour and commission which is comparable to a small bonus per deal.
