Company is diverse, however they over hire for sales roles mostly BDR/SDR which dilutes leads and doesn't allow key performers to be fed properly. The bonuses are great here but there's alot to be desired in ways of base compensation which is only $20 an hour and commission which is comparable to a small bonus per deal. They can do better with supporting entry level roles. No let enough opportunities for career development, good to get experience but if you are looking to advance your career you will eventually need to look somewhere else. 👎🏻
