Very great company to work for, the people here are very welcoming and really want you to succeed from the get go. Although compensation for the BDR role is on the lower end there is plenty of training and a great culture with your managers and trainers and plenty of growth opportunities. Company is diverse, however they over hire for sales roles mostly BDR/SDR which dilutes leads and doesn't allow key performers to be fed properly. The bonuses are great here but there's alot to be desired in ways of base compensation which is only $20 an hour and commission which is comparable to a small bonus per deal.
