Company is diverse, however they over hire for sales roles mostly BDR/SDR which dilutes leads and doesn't allow key performers to be fed properly. The bonuses are great here but there's alot to be desired in ways of base compensation which is only $20 an hour and commission which is comparable to a small bonus per deal. We also have a portion of our commission directly tied to AE's closing our meetings. I've never seen this before in a BDR role as my performance should be judged off of what I can control not what AE's control. I have seen not only my leads but other people's leads sniped by other employees and mangers dependent on the team. Otherwise the culture is non-toxic, it's a great remote job if you are an entry-level sales person. Beware though if you are new to sales the onboarding does not really teach you to sell they mostly teach you the product, there were key factors about selling this product not taught to me on onboarding, tools that are used are mostly not taught to you, I had to ask around and figure out as I worked to understand how to use certain tools.
