It's your basic revolving door. Sure product is decent but leadership is horrible, quota's are unattainable and people get burned out real quick. Regional VP's lasted a year, reps 12-18 months and they were gone.

Like most places...the hardest workers and best sales people find a way to win. We have a ton of tools and engineering support to get the job done. Every year I see the progress in this place and excited about the next chapter.

The company has poor leadership, chaotic, and many teething pains of a start up even though it was founded 20 years ago!
