There's no enablement for a new hire except a SharePoint access that has a multitude of decks and videos. If you are new in a company, the first 2 weeks are crucial to learn.

It's a mess in all honesty. There's no real leadership and just a bunch of guys at the top that are waiting to sell the business to the highest bidder. The employees suffer, so the customers suffer. Very under staffed in certain regions as they're trying to do it on the cheap, no leadership in satellite offices.... for this size of company, i'd say it's the worst...Read More

It is in the founders best interest to get out of the business and more explicitly out of sales. Not their strength and it hinders morale.
