Autodesk is like many large corporates. Very safe, slow to react, stable, good products and services, slow to change. Overall a good company to work for as long as you manage your expectations.

Although the Autodesk company is good, it does depend on which team you are in. If your team reports into Singapore, expect a carrot and stick sales management mentality, except there's little to no carrot.
