Good company but old culture. If you join Autodesk, you will find that most people work here more than 10 years, which can be good and bad.

Autodesk is one of those companies that has you attend a lot of useless internal meetings that get nothing done. 90% of the people I interact with do almost zero work. Autodesk is largely carried by its acquisitions and historical need for their software. It's a great company if you're in any function besides Sales.

Great company overall...if you value stability over insane OTE, I'd recommend looking into ADSK. We have a decent reputation in the markets we serve, good benefits, interesting product strategy.
