Leadership needs a wake up call. The potential is there, as the product definitely fills a gap in the automotive industry, but the work environment is toxic.

Things started off very well, and leadership started disappearing and falling off. Commission structure changes frequently, leadership not aligned on anything. The product is great, but very similar to all of its competitors. Some great team managers there, but anyone above that was generally unpleasant.

Company doesn’t know what the hell it’s doing. Positively *hemorrhaging* top talent and struggling employees alike. Appointment setting system is first come first serve with the AE’s that are available and the fact that they keep hiring and firing people in the sales department never helps. The company is falling apart leadership is all over the place. Employees are dropping like flies and the company continues to replace the same role thinking it will make a difference. The product is good the company doesn't know strategy and growth progression for role. They lie consistently
