Overall a solid company that has a great product and treats their employees fairly.

Things started off very well, and leadership started disappearing and falling off. Commission structure changes frequently, leadership not aligned on anything. The product is great, but very similar to all of its competitors. Some great team managers there, but anyone above that was generally unpleasant.
