Welcome to the solarcoaster. Solar is in a very turbulent time right now - 2024, even before the election - and Aurora is feeling it. We had a major adjustment in comp at the start of the year. The sales quota has been incredibly hard to achieve across the org, even for top performers with the best territories. Additional changes are planned for the beginning of 2025. We'll see!

Great benefits. Extremely diverse company. The product has a lot of potential. Frequent territory changes hinder momentum and reflect poor leadership decisions. Snapshot of early 2024: we brought on new leadership and, at this point in time, the whole org is dealing with a high pressure mess.
