AuditBoard is a company that is going through a major transformation. Post-acquisition, the sales, product, and marketing leaders are departing. Many reps are departing. The company is struggling with customer adoption outside of its two main core products. There is a record low number of reps hitting quota. The product still has a great market fit for the core use cases. There is a ton of opportunity outside of the US as well.

Huge potential but leadership are very questionable. Not my DE&I and a complete lack for work life balance or care for its staffs boundaries including constant pestering on annual leave and late at night. My overall experience, especially for enterprise sellers, is that the upside here for overall comp is on the low side. Higher volume, lower ASP, high quota.
