Territory dependent - leadership doesn’t understand the outbound motion for AE pipe gen. Quotas are extremely high leading to low team attainment. Great product but poorly run sales org.

Execs are looking to clean the books up, push products on the ITRC side of the house that aren't doing well, and sell out asap. If you want an big 4 consulting employee experience than you have found the place. Most folks come from the industry, complain about how much they were worked to death but aren't living in reality due to the culture being exactly that.

A lot of good people at the company. For better or for worse, VERY process driven. Fill out a form, submit a ticket, get approval for every single step multiple times a day. Quoting and Order Forms (CPQ) is a pain, but unfortunately tends to be a pain at most organizations. Requires significant effort after hours and weekends to be successful.
