It was great at first but then leadership started becoming more micromanaging (in addition to unreasonable quota) and the sales org moral has plummeted.

Territory dependent - leadership doesn’t understand the outbound motion for AE pipe gen. Quotas are extremely high leading to low team attainment. Great product but poorly run sales org.
