My experience at Attentive is on the SMB AE team. Every person on the team is an internal promotion (SDR promoted to AE). Our base salary seems very low based on the market (i.e. I was making 55k base as an SDR, 57.5k as a Sr. SDR, and I only received a $2500 bump in base to AE to land at 60k).
