Mixed bag of experiences. 1st level leadership felt like they cared about the ICs, but most if not all, were first-timers so did not have the background to properly train you up. 2nd-level and above fostered a negative environment. Their way or the highway, would not listen or implement feedback from those doing the work. Aggressively critical of ICs would be an understatement.

My experience has been good. When you hustle and work hard at Atrium, you're rewarded. Atrium is a startup, there's a ton of work to go around and the more that you take on, the more you're recognized and promoted.
