My experience has been good. When you hustle and work hard at Atrium, you're rewarded. Atrium is a startup, there's a ton of work to go around and the more that you take on, the more you're recognized and promoted. Comp is slightly light, but I don't think that is surprising given Atrium is a series A company. Start-ups are high risk, high reward. You get plenty of and can always negotiate for more equity upside.
