My experience has been good. When you hustle and work hard at Atrium, you're rewarded. Atrium is a startup, there's a ton of work to go around and the more that you take on, the more you're recognized and promoted. Enjoyed working with the product and the idea of what we wanted to accomplish. Team leadership was great and our team had a lot of fun. Executive leadership did not always act in the best interests of the team or take our feedback seriously. There was a misogynistic culture mainly from a specific member of the executive team.

Mixed bag of experiences. 1st level leadership felt like they cared about the ICs, but most if not all, were first-timers so did not have the background to properly train you up. 2nd-level and above fostered a negative environment.
