Culture has gone downhill significantly in 2024. GTM and Sales teams lack direction and clarity with constant reorgs and restructures. Change is so constant that everyone has change fatigue. More difficult than ever to reach your target. Stack ranking and PIP culture is rampant. Most folks aren’t happy and looking to leave.
