Anyone have any insight into the Account Associate role? Is this a blend of AE/CSM? Any info related to attainment, OTE, and overall satisfaction would be appreciated.
More QuestionsWhat is the ramp time and how is the culture? Is it cutthroat to where you will be PIP'd out if you miss a quarter? Or is it a coaching and development culture? I understand Atlassian recently went through significant changes, including to territories and comp. How are people feeling about them? Is now a good time to join the company?
