15hr+ workdays plus hours on the weekend is the baseline, anything below that won't work. Still figuring out how to be a Sales Org, lack of experience leading the way for GTM. Product is the best in the space, customers love it.

Started in early 2024 when the org was just starting to win significant sized deals and respectable logos. Momentum is building. Only seems to be accelerating with more RFPs from household names, which we end up winning due to the technology. Multiple reps have closed >$1M half way through the year... I don't understand this $90k base for SDRs in the US as their teams are in India or phillipines, barely making half of that with no comissions, or at least they were when I worked there.
