Poor culture. Lots of hiring and firing and a culture that cares about the wrong things like the perfect demo and the perfect presentation. A high distrust of reps and continual certification/training requirements that get in the way of actual selling. Join this company and you will work non stop

I don't understand this $90k base for SDRs in the US as their teams are in India or phillipines, barely making half of that with no comissions, or at least they were when I worked there. Overall experience was awful. Wouldn’t work here again if awful. Toxic culture, managers are selective when it comes to promoting, basically you gotta have that “look” if you know what I mean.
